This is a very basic question so you need to find out the best answer for this. If you will convince them that you are fit for this job more than others then that will be more effective.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses: Tell me only those strength those you can prove. What are you weaknesses nobody like this question.If you will say that you “work too hard” then no body will take the answer seriously, but if you say a real weakness then you look like a bad candidate. So what do you need to do? I will say that you need to pick a technical skill that is real, but mostly unrelated to your job.
- Why did you leave your last job? No need to criticize your previous organization that will be a bad impression just show that this job is more fit with your current job.
